These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Customer Support Center, concerning your access to and use of our repair services. You agree that by accessing the services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
We provide repair and maintenance services for various home appliances including but not limited to Televisions, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Microwave Ovens. All services are subject to the availability of parts and technical expertise.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, and other standard payment methods. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.
While we exercise the utmost care in handling your appliances, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to use the service.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
